Pitt Street Koay Teow Th’ng : this was a big surprise for me. While the dish looks rather bland, it is packed with flavour! While the taste is not too much on the nose, it is refined and delicate.

Second time coming here because I miss the taste! Especially love the meat slice that they made themselves which is not found anywhere else. The broth is very flavorful as well. The ordering system needs to be improved though.

I found this restaurant through Instagram and decided to give it a try. The place was very crowded with locals, mostly Malaysian Chinese, and I think I was probably the only foreigner there at the time.

Best Koay Teow Thng in Penang. The koay teow was silky smooth. The fishball was all fish and the pork paste slices was very unique and delicious. Highly recommended.
