The Sifu Pass is a digital pass priced at RM 19 a year, that renews automatically. It unlocks premium curated picks, gem notes, and member features on Makan Sifu. The free guide stays free. The Pass is the layer on top.
3-day refund window
If the Sifu Pass is not what you expected, email hello@makansifu.com within 3 days of payment and we will refund the full amount. No questions, no forms, no retention call.
After 3 days
Past the 3-day window, payments for the current subscription year are non-refundable. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not pro-rate partial years.
Auto-renewal and cancelling
The Sifu Pass renews automatically each year so your access never lapses. We email you 7 days before every renewal, and you can turn off auto-renew in one tap from your account. Cancel and your Pass stays active until the end of the year you paid for, then stops, with no further charge.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment processor. Banks and card networks typically take 7 to 14 business days to show the credit. E-wallet and FPX refunds are usually faster.
