My friend Tommy recommended this place to me a few years back. Get there before the lunch crowd kicks in, or you might have to wait for more than 30 minutes for your food.

This plate comes with plenty of ingredients; meat and oyster give the gravy its sweetness, and the noodle is tastier if left for a while to absorb up the gravy.

If you’re a fan of Hokkien food, this spot in Penang is definitely worth checking out. No reservations, so be prepared to wait. They’re only open from 12 PM to 4 PM and closed on Sundays, so timing is key.
