On our last day, we decided to try the famous Nasi Lemak that was just around the corner from our hotel. This store was featured in the Michelin Guide and had many positive reviews on Google. We got there early in the morning at around 8.

This small stall has become a familiar name for those looking for Nasi Lemak in George Town , Penang . It does not serve the elaborate version with fried chicken wing, cucumber slices, peanuts and a full plate arrangement.

There is still a long long queue at Ali Nasi Lemak Daun Pisang. I guess the banana leaf fragrance made some difference. Sambal is good.
