I took a couple of sips and saw something like paper on the inside of the cup. I told the foreign worker who served the water that it was dirty and asked for a replacement.

I got caught by a sneaky trick today. I ordered an ambra juice and the worker only asked if I wanted 'medium or large.' I chose medium, it turned out to be much bigger than a standard size and cost RM7.50!
