Now Onn Kee or Ong Kee Chicken Rice no longer entertained order without their chicken even though you ordered their vegetables, tauhu, Lor Bak & etc. I have made decision of NOT patroning this joint.

The food here is generally good, especially the chicken skin, which is sticky and tender, and the soy sauce, which is perfectly balanced. The fish ball soup was a little on the salty side, but the fish balls themselves were quite good…

Went on a weekday afternoon. This time Onn Kee was open. Yay! Ordered half a chixken, bean sprout, a bowl of hor fun and sotong ball and meat ball soup. Delicious!! We went to the old shop at the corner.

Perfect place for steamed chicken rice. They have the old school open air shop at the junction and the fully air conditioned place nearby. Steamed kampung chicken was good. I also enjoyed the chicken liver and gizzard.
