Not exactly the famous Kuantan Road curry mee, but one very yummy spin-off set among the cluster of hawkers right outside the Counter Hall of Jalan Trengganu’s Tua Pek Kong Temple.

The famous Kuantan Road Curry Mee has a stall at Hai Beng Coffee Shop in Pulau Tikus . I didn't know that until I visited Hai Beng when I was staying at Sunrise Gurney 68PG Seafront Duplex Homestay . I decided to order the big bowl for my wife and me.

This Kuantan Road Curry Mee is one of the popular curry mee stalls among the Penangnites. The taste of the Curry Mee is very similar to the one at Jalan Seratus and the chili paste too. It tastes better than the Jalan Seratus Curry Mee.

Nice curry mee! Chili is quite spicy so beware! The old couple is very friendly and will ask what you like to eat and how spicy you usually take, to make sure you won't eat too spicy food or eat an ingredients that you dislike
